How to use the ECG247 portal
ECG247 portal is intended for healthcare professionals with knowledge of ECG and arrhythmias.
How to use the ECG247 portal
ECG247 detects all common heart rhythm disturbances
ECG247 detects and categorizes all common rhythm disturbances automatically. All automatically detected rhythm disturbances must always be verified by a doctor before starting treatment.

Red
- Ventricular tachycardia ≥30 s
- Pause ≥4 s
- Heart rate <30/min (≥30 s)
- Supraventricular tachycardia ≥30 s

Orange
- Atrial fibrillation ≥30 s
- Atrial flutter ≥30 s

Yellow
- Ventricular tachycardia ≥4 beats and <30 s
- Supraventricular tachycardia 15-30 s
- Heart rate >180 /min (≥5 min)

Green
- Ventricular ectopic beats
- Supraventricular ectopic beats
- Sinus arrhythmia/irregular beats
- Heart rate>180 /min (<5 min)
- Periodic recordings
ECG files are recorded in standard one-minute intervals, but in the presence of ongoing arrhythmias, recording duration is extended to four minutes. For continuous arrhythmias, ECG recordings are systematically stored in successive four-minute files.
Manually recordings are coded in black and prioritised at the top of the hierarchy. These recordings may include arrhythmias and should always be interpreted.
