We are continuously working to make ECG247 as user-friendly as possible for both healthcare professionals and patients. We have now made it even easier to initiate a new test.

1. QR Codes Replace Invitation Codes

We have now deactivated the use of manual invitation codes. Experience shows that QR codes are far more efficient and minimize the risk of typing errors. Simply select the QR code option in the portal when a new patient is starting a test; the patient can then scan the code directly using the ECG247 app on their phone.

2. Predefined Recommended Test Duration

To further simplify the workflow, we have introduced a recommended test duration at the organizational level. This means you no longer need to manually select the number of days for every single test created. The specified duration is only a recommendation. The test does not stop automatically once the recommended duration is reached. This ensures that no important data is lost if the patient needs to wear the sensor longer than originally planned.
