We are taking another important step towards making continuous heart monitoring accessible to even more people. As part of our European expansion, we are launching the ECG247 app and ECG247 portal in four new languages—while also rolling out smart updates to the user interface.
Launch in New Countries
To provide both patients and healthcare professionals with the best possible experience in their native language, our solution is now available in:
-
Danish
-
Croatian
-
Slovak
-
Serbian
The language support covers the entire ecosystem—both the mobile app for users and the web portal where doctors and healthcare professionals analyze ECG data. This facilitates a seamless and secure launch in these new markets.
Seamless Test Start and Improved Usability
In addition to the new languages, the latest update includes several user interface (UI) improvements. The goal is to make it even easier for users of all ages to complete their heart rhythm monitoring with complete confidence in the process.
What’s new in the app?
-
Clearer start mode selection: Choosing the correct start mode when getting started has become even simpler. It is now easy to see whether you should scan a QR code from a healthcare professional or start the test without a code (for personal/consumer use).
-
Improved «Stop test» function: Ending the test has been moved and clearly highlighted in the top corner. This minimizes the risk of users stopping the test by mistake or accidentally tapping the wrong button during monitoring.
The new update is now available for download on the App Store and Google Play. The portal has been updated automatically.
